About the Enterprise Data and Analystics Division

Towards the goal of turning VPBank into one of the leading banks in the region in terms of data management and application, enhancing our competitiveness in the digital era, in June 2023, VPBank launched the Enterprise Data and Analytics Division (EDA), focusing on:
  • Developing and governing the next generation cloud-based of Enterprise data platform & data analytics
  • Enhancing the application of AI and Machine learning to promote business performance, optimize management efficiency & minimize operational risks
  • Overseeing data strategy, architecture, and advanced analytics  project/initiatives across subsidiaries in VPBank's ecosystem.
The reorganization will bring the Enterprise Data and Analytics Division to a new posture, to not only enhancing the bank’s business and operation performance, but also accelerating the transformation of data cloud adoption.
In addition, the scope of the Enterprise Data and Analytics Division will not only be limited to enterprise level, but will also expand to cover data architecture, data governance, and promote data application across subsidiaries in our ecosystem.

Job description:

3. Lead and Collaborate to Deliver Business Outcomes
  • Lead the data design of solutions for large projects and programs; through expert knowledge translate high-level business requirements into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.
  • Work as part of the program management team on large program, governing and shaping the delivery of projects. Work closely with external suppliers to ensure the solution makes best use of technology and meets requirements.
  • Creates and delivers working, production-ready reference implementations that can be leveraged easily by agile teams.

Business Intelligence Analyst

Mô Tả Công Việc:

Vị trí này đóng vai trò:

Lập kế hoạch, triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện các công tác quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu, cung cấp báo cáo định kỳ và báo cáo theo yêu cầu phục vụ cho việc ra quyết định của các cấp quản lý, lãnh đạo của Trung tâm; thúc đẩy việc sử dụng số liệu làm cơ sở ra quyết liên quan hoạt động thu hồi nợ.
Thực hiện việc thu thập, xem xét, biến đổi dữ liệu và phân tích chuyên sâu với mục tiêu chỉ ra được những insight hữu ích, đưa ra khuyến nghị và hỗ trợ trong việc ra các quyết định của đơn vị.

Nhiệm vụ chi tiết:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc cao hơn chuyên nghành toán, thống kê, kinh tế, ngân hàng, tài chính, khoa học máy tính, kỹ thuật phần mềm…
  • Tối thiểu 3-5 năm làm việc trong lĩnh vực phân tích dữ liệu, mô hình học máy, học sâu. Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại ngân hàng
  • Có hiểu biết sâu sắc và có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các mô hình thống kê, dự báo, các thuật toán học máy, các kỹ thuật phân tích nâng cao
  • Thành thạo SQL, Excel và ngôn ngữ phân tích dữ liệu R hoặc Python
  • Thích nghiên cứu, học hỏi các phương pháp và kỹ thuật phân tích chuyên sâu để phục vụ tối ưu kết quả kinh doanh.

2. Regarding reporting system, data profiling, data quality scoring:
- Participate in building data profiling and data quality scoring tools
- Participate in building reporting systems on data governance, data quality, profiling, and arising data issues
3. Participate in providing opinions on maintaining, improving and enhancing the effectiveness of the Data Steward model in bankwide data governance activities
4. Be the focal point to receive and resolve data quality issues in the bank's data warehouse (old data warehouse - S16 and new data warehouse - DWH)

- Deploy tools to monitor data quality of the bank's centralized data warehouse
